AUDEG Advisory Board established

AUDEG eG continues to expand its committee structure laid out in the business plan and has recently established its advisory board, which is an important building block for the independence of the future certification body.

Current members of the advisory board are Isabel Münch from BSI, Laurin Weissinger from Yale Law School and Dražan Morog from DEKRA SE.

The Advisory Board ensures that all interested parties can participate effectively while maintaining balance, that AUDEG's activities are carried out in an impartial and non-discriminatory manner, that all AUDEG staff, as well as all AUDEG committees, act objectively and free from undue economic, financial, and other pressures that may compromise impartiality, and that an exchange of information is possible for interested parties.

A first pandemic-related online kick-off meeting was held and the first draft of rules of procedure was discussed.

The Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of AUDEG are pleased that the cooperative is continuing to develop along the planned lines despite all the difficulties and wish the Advisory Board, as the cooperative's continuing body, every success!
